Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and XOOTEQ LAB PRIVATE LIMITED ("XOOTEQ", "we", "us") for your use of xooteq.com (the "Site") and for any of our products or subscriptions you buy through Paddle — whether the checkout opens on the Site or on a product's own website (such as plutto.space or tailzu.space). By using the Site you accept them.
1. The Site
The Site describes our work and our products, lets you contact us and apply to work with us, and is where our products' subscriptions are paid for.
2. Products and their own terms
Our products include Tailzu, a voice keyboard that writes what you say, clean, in any app (tailzu.space, pricing at tailzu.space/pricing), and Plutto. Each has its own terms of use (Tailzu's at tailzu.space/terms, Plutto's at api.plutto.space/terms). Those terms govern the product, and these terms govern the purchase made here.
3. Payments
Our online orders are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, receipts, taxes and refunds, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price then in effect, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. See our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no unlawful, abusive or infringing content in forms.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's content, names and marks belong to XOOTEQ or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as the law allows.
8. Liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
