XOOTEQ LAB PRIVATE LIMITED ("XOOTEQ", "we") runs xooteq.com. This notice covers the Site and every purchase of our products through Paddle, wherever the checkout opens. Each product has its own privacy policy (Tailzu's at tailzu.space/privacy, Plutto's at api.plutto.space/privacy), which governs the product itself.

1. What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, email address and message when you use a contact or application form.
• Purchases. Payment details are collected by Paddle, not by us. Paddle shares with us what we need to provide and support your order, such as your name, email address, country and what you bought.
• Technical data. Standard server and security logs, such as IP address and browser type.

2. Who processes it for us

• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for payments, receipts, taxes and refunds.
• Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Vercel, which hosts the Site.

3. Why

To answer you, to provide and support what you buy, to keep the Site secure, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

4. How long

Messages and form submissions are kept as long as needed to deal with them. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing connect@xooteq.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
